Unreal Engine Developer (C++)
JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • implementing new game elements in the Unreal Engine (C ++ / Blueprint),
  • development, but also maintenance, and optimization of the existing game code (version upgrade, merge, modification to the new SDK),
  • product support and bugfixes,
  • analytical, and problem-solving approach.
SKILLS

To be successfull in this role you must have:

  • min. 2 years of experience as a C ++ programmer using the Unreal Engine in game dev,
  • very good knowledge of graphic programming, gameplay, UI or environment,
  • very good command of the Polish language, which allows fluent communication, and technical documentation reading,
  • very good command of the English language, which allows fluent communication, and technical documentation reading,
  • knowledge of broadly understood good practices in the field of object-oriented programming (OOP) and code optimization,

Senior Unity Developer

You will be responsible for:

  • Help in designing and developing a new code architecture
  • Develop gameplay mechanics of a multiplayer game
  • Write a consistent, maintainable code based on company standards
  • Document your work, comment your code
  • Cooperate with the team to maintain the consistent vision of the game
SKILLS

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • 3+ year of experience in game development
  • Good knowledge of Unity engine

UX/UI Designer
JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • applying and maintaining a consistent user flow throughout the entire project interface,
  • creating a wireframe, and concept sketches to support purposed UI interaction models,
  • working collaboratively with the game designers team and iterating using feedback to drive and polish features to a high-quality state,
  • collaborating with a team of artists and engineers to carry design from concept into final implementation,
  • market and competitors benchmarking and extracting key insights that apply to UI/UX,
  • researching and proposing artistic UI styles according to the project’s genre and audience of the game you work on,
  • producing prototypes and flows for new features and iterating on them fast based on collected feedback and data,
  • UI asset production and integration.
SKILLS

To be successful in this position, you must have:

  • a minimum of 2 years of  experience working as a UX/UI designer in gaming, or interaction design field and/or a good portfolio,
  • strong understanding of usability design principles,
  • ability to work well with a team in a dynamic, cross-discipline, and iterative setting,
  • a passion for video games, and user interface design,
  • English at an intermediate level,
  • Polish at an advanced level.
NICE TO HAVE
  • experience in designing UI for mobile,

Technical Project Manager (Unreal Engine)
JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • creating a project schedule, roadmaps, technical feature design, plans, milestones, tasks,
  • daily communication with the client and the development team,
  • breaking down the business requirements into the production cycle,
  • implementing features and mechanics from the game design document to scheduled tasks and milestones,
  • working in AGILE methodology on creating and maintaining key game features, delivering milestones, maintaining backlog, tracking sprint progress,
  • troubleshooting issues and solving problems if necessary,
  • proactively seeking gaps and opportunities to improve functionality and technical standards, retrospective meetings, gathering feedback from the client, QA teams and Product Managers
  • working closely with team members including client’s Project Manager, Product Manager, SW architects, backend developers, and other technology teams in the multi-language/culture environment,
  • reporting the current progress, risks, and resources management.
SKILLS
  • 3+ years of technical experience working with Unreal Engine projects,
  • very good knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 / 5 architecture, including prototyping with in-build and third party tools, optimization, hardware platform’s specific optimization,
  • JIRA/Confluence administrator/project manager experience (configure workflows, create reports, maintain the backlog and sprint scopes),
  • solid experience with version control systems P4V, GIT,
  • previous experience working with different build systems (SWARM, Jenkins, TC, Python scripts),
  • previous experience with multiplayer games and client-server architecture (AWS Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, microservices implementation),
  • strong knowledge about design patterns (visitor, abstract factory, bridge, interpreter, state etc.), UML schemas, Unreal Engine design blueprint patterns, UE architecture, different shading, and rendering pipelines,
  • fluent technical English and Polish, written and spoken.
